Thank you to Jack and Shannon for great customer service and follow up. 4 years after installation and they still remember us by name and greet us warmly we when have the pool water tested. Jack's recommendations for landscaping worked a treat and we now have our very own backyard resort!
We’re really thrilled with our new backyard and pool. Jack and the team were professional, had good ideas to maximise appearance, usability and space, and the workmanship has been excellent. Everyone on site was friendly. There was a focus on the big picture as well as all the details and finish, and we got a good handover of the pool equipment too.

Jack and the team go above and beyond. From the moment we called to get a quote the team were helpful listening to our needs and not trying to upsell everything on their book! They really care for their clients and therefore the process was seamless. Everything just fell into place and they moved heaven and earth to get our job completed in record time! I would highly recommend the team to anyone that is after excellent responsive customer service, quality work, start to finish project management by the owner of the company at a great price. Jack, Sean and their team are absolutely fantastic. We are thrilled with the finished job. Our large retaining wall and spa area are wonderful and so professionally completed. Our job fast became much bigger than they expected but they just got stuck in and made sure it was finished with upmost quality and professionalism. We look forward to having them back to do our decking next year 😃
Jack and the team at Leisurscape were nothing short of amazing. We had a target date to redo our entire backyard and they went above and beyond to ensure not only the date was met but the result was exceptional. We can’t speak highly enough of the team’s attention to detail, problem solving and craftsmanship. Since completion we’ve had too many compliments (unprompted) to count from visitors to our house regarding the job and overall result. Our kids are in the spa and playing on the basketball court more than we could have imagined before we had our first chat with Leisurescape. Leisurescape pools & spas came to our rescue after we had been frauded by dreamtime pools losing nearly $30k to that company. Jack and his team have been amazing throughout the whole process. Firstly Jack elevated any of our concerns we had with choosing another pool company to go with.The reassurance that leisurescape provided us made the whole journey of the build a setting experience. Communication has been on point, and every stage throughout the build has been nothing but professional, on time and more than expected. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. But 5 out of 5 it is. A massive thankyou to Jack and his team at leisurescape for helping us make our dreams become a reality.
I had a tricky problem with a broken SPA jet.
No SPA manufacturer ID, no markings on the jet, just the item in my hand!
The staff at Leisurescape Pools & SPA's rummaged around in their parts boxes and came up with a potential replacement. They even went to the effort of test fitting my sample jet into their showroom SPA to ensure that their replacement was going to fit my SPA to save me a return trip if it didn't fit.
What great service and the price was great too!

Choosing the Leisurescape team to install our 7m Darling pool AND to manage the approvals, compliance, construction setout, and installer teams, was the best decison we made. Jack helped us locate the pool and all interfaces (VIP), Sharon completed the scope and layouts and Shannon who had answers to all my crazy questions from day 1- I thank you.
Nimo and has team did a superb job from the moment the pool shell arrived, to its installation to spec. and careful install of the safety fencing. Well done!!
The end result was enhanced by Ivor, Annie &Tyler on an 80m2 paving undertaking to link into complex walling and coped with different levels with aplomb. Thanks for the "crazy paving"!!
